Terms of Use

Welcome to prepili (the "Service", the "Platform"). Using the Platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — constitutes your informed acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. The Platform is operated by soft techpro ("we", "us"), and you are contracting with soft techpro. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

prepili is an AI-powered interview preparation platform providing interview simulations, a voice coach, a daily challenge, resume review with improvement notes (no rating), a career-dilemma advisor, a smart support chat, real-time analysis of a real interview, and personal activity tracking. The Service is intended to support personal preparation and is not a substitute for professional career or legal advice, nor a guarantee of employment.

• Real-time interview analysis is available only through an interview scheduled in your interview list, without audio uploads, and is limited to one hour after which it stops and is processed automatically. You are responsible for ensuring the analysis is lawful and that any required consents are obtained.
• Voice is processed in memory only and never stored; transcripts, your answers and feedback are saved in "My Activity".
• Usage quotas depend on your plan. A real-time interview analysis is deducted from your quota when it starts and cannot be canceled.
• The career advisor and support chat answer career-related topics only; off-topic requests or attempts to alter system behavior are refused.
• Resume review provides notes and recommendations only — it does not assign a score or rating.

3. User Account

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. The Service is intended for users aged 16 and above.

You may not use the Service, among other things, to:

• Violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights or the privacy of others.
• Upload content that is harmful, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit or unlawful.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, scrape data, reverse engineer, or perform unauthorized automated access.
• Use the AI features to generate malicious content, fraud, impersonation or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Share, sell or transfer your account or credentials to any third party.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (resume, answers, questions, etc.). You grant prepili a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to operate the Service, generate personalized feedback and improve the product, subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your content or use it for external marketing.

6. AI-Generated Content – Limitations

Content produced by AI models is provided "AS IS" for training and preparation purposes only. It may contain inaccuracies, factual errors or imprecise interpretations. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other critical decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before external use.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform — including code, design, logo, the "prepili" name, system content, question banks and prompts — belong to soft techpro (prepili) or its licensors. You may not copy, duplicate, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Prices, billing frequency and the contents of each plan are shown on the pricing page before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal or the "Subscription & billing" section of your account, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Our refund terms are set out on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. prepili does not warrant uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or fitness for your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, prepili and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental damages, lost profits, missed employment opportunities or loss of data arising from use of the Service.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or for security and operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time from the "My Account" screen.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Service.
